12-15-2007, 12:01 PM foatamorgona Joined on 12-16-2007 Posts 1 looking for a christmas merical   It came to my attention a few days ago when my friend and I were having coffee that she was worse off than she had let on. She lost her job then lost her house and down payment and in the middle of moving lost over 600.00 dollors worth of her and her childrens things as they were stollen from the home owner.I was floored and if that all wasnt enough she had to send her kids to live with there dad until she could get a job and a appartment. At that point I was in tears, and if that still wasnt bad enough she just got a partime job 1 month ago and she told me that they let her go as her possition was no longer avalible.She then asked me if i knew of any place that helps familys for xmas as her kids are around the same age as mine.I didnt know, so I have spent extencive time trying to find out. I feel so horrable that there wasnt much that I could do to help.I asked her what the kids asked for for xmas, she started crying and told me that her daughter asked for a nintendo ds then said but if you cant affored it mom its ok i can wait till my bday,the one boy wouldnt tell her he said that he didnt wont anything cuz he knew she couldnt affored it and that it was ok,the other 2 boys one wonted a psp and the other wonted an xbox but not the new one as it costs to much and they both said if you cant affored it its ok we dont need it anyway we have you. As you can imagin not only was she in tears but I was balling like a baby.
